At OneLedger, we strive to deliver high-quality software and support. However, if you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund policy below.
Refund requests are accepted within 7 days of initial purchase or activation. After this period, no refunds will be issued.
Services such as custom development, setup charges, training, and one-time consultations are non-refundable once delivered.
If eligible, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once processed.
Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime. You will continue to have access until the end of the billing cycle. No partial refunds will be provided.
